Ibtisam is a Syrian refugee living in Jordan. Two years ago, she was in a serious car accident which led to breaking of bones, in particular, she suffers from a fractured shinbone. She suffers from extreme pain and requires regular painkillers. However, her family are unable to meet her medical needs due to their difficult living conditions.
