Zakaria, Roua and Mahmood are children who live in pain and illnes. Zakaria suffers from disability and seizures since birth, Roua was physically assaulted at school, resulting in her losing her hearing and Mahmood has lung disease. Their father, Mohammad, also suffers from asthma and migraine, which impacted his ability to work, and he is currently working as a vegetable seller on a cart. However, despite his efforts, he is unable to earn enough to meet their basic needs for food and medicine. The family is living in miserable living conditions and they have accumulated depts.
