Ruwida is a poor lady who still lives inside Syria. She was recently diagnosed with appendicitis (inflammation of the appendix). She urgently needs to undergo appendectomy but she can not afford it because she lives under siege. In addition to that, her husband is the only one working in the family after her older son's death. All of that put her in a difficult situation where she is helpless and desperate for help.
