Nishtiman is a seven-year-old girl who lives with her family in a small house that embraces them from the harsh days amid challenging living conditions. The mother discovered that her little girl is unaware of her surroundings, in addition to a lack of interaction. She was then two and a half years old. After the medical diagnosis, it was found that the child had a severe hearing deficiency. Therefore, she needs a cochlear implant in both ears and an additional external piece in the right ear. A complete cochlear implant was performed in the left ear, but because of the floods that occurred in the city, the outer cochlea was lost. The girl needs a new cochlea, also, speech and rehabilitation sessions. Her condition is difficult. As she cannot hear except with the presence of the external part of the cochlea that was lost and that she needs to secure again.
