after a long siege in the old town of Aleppo and with toxic gas in every molecule in the air surrounding them, this lady's children were injured with shrapnel and she developed a thyroid cancer. the lady underwent several surgeries to remove parts of her thyroid but ,eventually, she had hyperthyroid which lead her entire body to get swollen. she can not afford any treatment or medications.
