Maisa'a is a sweet lady who lives in Syria. She has Goitre (enlarged thyroid gland) which leads to feeling of chest tightness, difficulty to breath and tachycardia. she needs to undergo an operation but she can not afford this because of the terrible financial conditions of her family.
