Sara is in her 3rd decade, was in a coma after a psychological shock following the murder of her mother by shelling. Her eyes were traumatized, she tried corneal transplant but it was unsuccessful due to lacrimation gland dysfunction. Currently, she lost her vision in one eye, the other eye is severely dry with significant vision decrement. Her physician recommends surgery but she needs to be prepared by an eye drop every 3 days until the day of surgery. Sara is also a known case of epilepsy and needs antiepileptic medications. Her brother is her only breadwinner, he is taking care of a family of 5 members plus his other 3 siblings, they are refugees and can't afford the costs of her medications and management.
