Mohammed has developmental dysplasia of the left hip, they are refugees in Jordan, the father is working with little income, they live in a house with inappropriate environement for living; insects, wastewater and bad smell are always there. The kid needs a surgery to lengthen the ligament and reposition of the joint, if it's failed then osteotomy under general anaesthesia will be done.
