Marah lives with her family in a one-room house and under extremely challenging circumstances. They depend for their livelihood on her husband, who works intermittently and with a small income that is barely sufficient to support them. Marah suffers from epilepsy and needs constant medication. The doctor has also ordered an EEG test for her to undergo. Due to the difficult financial circumstances of the family, they cannot continue with the treatment, as her husband is baying half of the required amount of medications because he is unable to purchase them all at once.
