Ahmed, a loving father to his children and a caring husband to his wife strives to provide a decent life for them despite challenging circumstances. He is the head of a household consisting of five people and is afflicted with a foot injury due to an accident. While the injury initially seemed minor and didn't hinder his mobility, his foot was later wounded by bomb shrapnel during the war, rendering him unable to walk without treatment. Ahmed now lives without a job, grappling with his disability in front of his family, relying on insufficient aid from the Red Crescent that barely meets their needs. Particularly challenging is the rising rent for their modest one-room furnished home, while his wife, who also wishes to work, has a disability in her hand.
