''How many do you need?'' An innocent question with which little Mustafa started his conversation after we stopped him on the road to know why he stood under the sun for long hours. The child's father was exposed to air strikes in their city, which led to paralysis in the right half of his body, and the severing of the tendons of his hand. As a result, he is unable to move or work to secure the livelihood of his children. There was only one option, which was for his sons, Mustafa and Muhammad, who were still young, to work to secure their daily bread. Mustafa suffers from severe immunodeficiency and needs constant blood transfusions, while his brother, Mohammed, has diabetes, which makes him prone to fainting and loss of balance.
