Manal is a mother of four children and is soon expecting the fifth. She has been diabetic before her pregnancy, her condition worsened afterwards and she needs insulin injections. Further, as a result of fatigue caused by her diabetes, her infant will most likely need to be admitted to NICU inside an incubator beside undergoing medical tests. Also, Manal is expected to have a c-section. However, her husband is ill and they do not have the means to cover all of these costs.
