Mariam in her 3rd decade, had Meningitis when she was 20, she is now suffering from complications including severe seizures, loss of right vision and very weak left vision. She also has lost hearing because of a medication she had to use, with right ptosis -right eye lid covering her eye-, her tests reveals nerve damage that needs surgical intervention to raise the lid.
