Mohammad displaced from Maarat al-Numan five years ago, moving with his family until they settled in a rented house, relying on furniture left by the house owner. Mohammad suffers from prostate cancer that has spread to the bones, preventing him from working to support his family. During his treatment in Turkey, his daughter was diagnosed with lymphoma in its final stages. He returned to Syria to be by her side until she passed away. When he tried to continue his treatment in Turkey, he was not allowed to return. He now continues his treatment in Northern Syria amid endless challenges and difficulties.
