Hikaye
A young boy suffers from a rare disease that causes a deficiency of factor VIII in his blood, leaving him vulnerable to continuous and dangerous internal and external bleeding. The symptoms began at six months old when abnormal bruising appeared on his limbs. After tests, he was diagnosed with a deficiency of this vital clotting factor. The child urgently needs regular treatment through weekly injections of factor VIII, the only way to prevent bleeding and protect him from potentially life-threatening complications. Despite doctors' advice to adhere strictly to the treatment, the family’s difficult financial situation has prevented them from securing the necessary doses. Each week without the treatment puts the boy at risk of a new, life-threatening bleed.
