Deya is only few months old, was born with hydrocephalus (fluid accumulation within brain), she had ventriculoperitoneal shunt for treatment but it's complicated with meningitis. She is in hospital currently, needs a new American shunt device as soon as possible. Her family members are standing helpless against the high costs. Any help?
