Wissam is only 8 years old,suffers from Leukemia and forced going to Turkey to receive the needed treatment. He should stay alone in hospital along the treatment period and his grandfather can only visit him. Wissam suffers from heart breaking psychological and social situation after being most of time alone and he starts losing his hair due to the chemo.
