Hikaye
In the depths of the torture chambers, Mohammed endured unimaginable suffering. At his breaking point, he pleaded, "Write down whatever charge you want, just stop beating me." When asked about the methods of torture, his eyes filled with tears, and he simply said, "Don’t remind me." For four months, he lived in a nightmare meant to last a lifetime. But at the dawn of the regime’s fall, he was finally freed. After 11 years of displacement, he returned to his city—carrying wounds on his body and soul, but also holding onto hope and gratitude. Now, standing in the ruins of his destroyed home, Mohammed sends a message of thanks to everyone who contributed to his freedom and to those who helped restore his faith in a new beginning. But he still has a long road ahead. He needs to rebuild both his life and his home.
