Hasna is a widow and a mother of 4 children, the eldest is 16. They moved to Saraqib with the crippled grandmother and the aunt to live in a house of 2 rooms that doesn't protect them from coldness. They suffer from diseases due to coldness and poverty, the eldest son works for a little income which isn't enough for the family needs. They need help to obtain radiator for heating, firewood, babies and elderly diapers, food and house rent.
