Khadijah is a poor mother, her husband left her fifteen years ago to bear double responsibilities of her children as mother and father for them! Recently, her health deteriorated and that worsened the family life conditions! One of her children suffers from Cerebral Atrophy caused by a hypoxia in addition to convulsion seizures and the other also suffers from Asthma and Hemolysis which means that they need medications for rest of life and their mother can't stand the expenses..
