Ayah lives with her mother and two sisters in a humble home. After their father’s death, the family, once supported by him emotionally and financially, now faces extremely tough times. Ayah, the young child, suffers from a condition known as shortened tendons in her feet, making it impossible for her to walk normally. She urgently needs surgery to lengthen her Achilles tendons, but the family’s financial situation makes this nearly impossible.
