Shadi is a five-year-old kid who recently suffered from acute hypoxia and is now getting treated in the intensive care unit, connected with oxygen support. Shadi was born with brain atrophy, meaning that he cannot speak to express pain or discomfort. His family is living under challenging living conditions and cannot afford their basic daily needs, which often leaves them forced to sell their food aid card just to pay for the rent, and they are now completely unable to afford the cost of Shadi's treatment.
