Since birth, Mohammad has suffered from a meningocele and hydrocephalus, and his health continues to worsen. He urgently needs a special medical device to sustain his life. He lives with his family in a single room within his grandfather’s house, under harsh and painful conditions. His father struggles to provide for them through daily labor, but his income is not enough to cover even the most basic needs. The elderly grandfather bears most of the family’s expenses despite his age and fragile health. Mohammad cannot speak yet... but his pain tells his story.
