In a small house sits Lutfia, a widow whose husband was killed by a sniper and left her alone with a deaf son and a deaf daughter. Their house became walls that trap poverty, disease, and debt. Her body, burdened by surgery, has begun to worsen, her steps have become heavier than her worries, and the medicine is more expensive than she can afford. No breadwinner, no work, and no source other than the kindness of a neighbor or relative who helps her with some of what they can. All that Lutfia needs is the price of medicine to support her, a debt to lift some fatigue from her shoulders, and food for her children.
