Hikaye
For years of harsh displacement, Aziza and her family of eight have lived in a fragile tent that shields them from neither winter’s cold nor summer’s heat. Her husband labors in stonework, yet his meager wages barely put food on the table.
Amid their daily struggle to survive, their young daughter was struck in the head by shrapnel during shelling, leaving her partially paralyzed and in constant need of treatment and medication they cannot afford. Desperate to save her, her father borrowed money, but the debts have mounted beyond his ability to repay, and even continuing her care has become uncertain.
After the liberation, they returned home only to find it stripped bare—no doors, no windows, no trace of the life they once knew. Today, Aziza’s family stands on the edge of despair, worn down by illness and poverty, longing for a hand to help them reclaim even a fragment of the safety they have lost.
