Nadima lives with her husband alone, as most of their children have been forced to migrate, while one of their sons was killed during the revolution. She suffers from age-related chronic illnesses, including high blood pressure, diabetes, and heart disease, all of which persist and worsen over time. She requires continuous medication and ongoing medical care to manage her condition. The couple depends on their children abroad for support, but this income is barely enough to cover basic living expenses.
