Nisreen has been suffering from chronic pain in her legs for more than 23 years, during which she has moved between doctors and received multiple diagnoses and treatments that did not address the root cause of her condition. Two years ago, she underwent a hysterectomy in the hope of improving her health, but her pain worsened and became more frequent and severe. A recent hip X-ray revealed stage four avascular necrosis along with knee degeneration, resulting in a significant decline in her mobility and daily functioning.
