Saád Allah is 4 years old, lives with his father in Turkey in a humble house in poor conditions. Due to a previous abdominal injury, his father is unable to work or to provide for his son. Saád Allah complains of severe pains in his genital organs that were diagnosed by Cryptorchidism ( absence of one teste from the scrotum). He has to undergo surgery to release his pains but his father is unable to offer the cost for his surgery.
