Basel is a young man was born in 1997. He lives with his wife in a remote place with little income that is barely enough for their food and not enough to pay water and electricity bills and the house rent that has accumulated for three months! Basel's wife is a pregnant in her third month and she suffers from a blockage in the leg arteries. Also, their house is almost empty of furniture which makes their condition going to the worse.
