Ahmad lives with his family in a poor tent in very poor conditions. After they were displaced, he works as a travelling salesman which is not enough to provide for his family. He was diagnosed with diabetes and enteritis when he went to the doctor due to an insect's bite. Ahmad needs medical analysis and medications which he can't afford.
