Rukaia's family escaped death to live in a hen house in the western part of Aleppo's suburbs. Rukaia is a five year old child with Down syndrome. She suffers from intellectual disability, along with her inability to talk, hear, and her immunodeficiency and excessive crying episodes. Her family calls her their angel. An angel that is living in unbearable conditions. She lives in a hen house with 15 other people under very poor conditions. Would you be generous enough to help Rukaia the angel get a better life?
