Maram is an 8-year-old girl. Her pain is too much for her young age. She suffers from a 90% kidney injury in addition to heart disease. Her parents are trying the impossible to relieve their sweetheart's pain, but her father cannot do much due to his injury. Her mother needs a kidney transplant surgery, and her younger brother currently has gastroenteritis. Her sister has already been to the operation room eight times for different surgeries.
