Nawara was displaced, along with her husband and kids, by the regime while invading their city. They currently live in a terrible house, as the roof is not rain or waterproof and needs repairs, there is no electricity, and many other problems in issues in their place. Despite Norah's husband's desire to work, he can no longer work after having several strokes and ischemic heart disease. Nawara's eldest son is undergoing surgery.
