Molham Team targets Syrian refugees in Turkey, Lebanon, and Jordan, in addition to internally displaced Syrians in Idlib, Idlib countryside, Aleppo countryside, and Latakia countryside.

If you would like to refer a case (within areas covered by Molham Team), you may message us on one of our social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter) or on the live chat feature on the website.

Every month, the medical department accepts medical help requests in areas covered by the Team. If initial approval is granted, field volunteers make a visit to the case, then it is referred to the medical committee. The committee assess the case based on several criteria, including the type of the medical case, the availability of the needed medical treatment in the area, the success rate of the treatment, and the costs. If final approval is granted, a special fund is set up for the case on the website and it is shared on our social media accounts in order to fund it. Once the case is funded, the needed assistance is arranged, such as surgery appointment, purchase of medications, etc.

Every month, the humanitarian department accepts humanitarian help requests in areas covered by the Team. If initial approval is granted, field volunteers make a visit to the case, and an assessment is made based on the urgency of need, while prioritizing newly displaced persons and families with no provider. If final approval is granted, a special fund is set up for the case on the website and it is shared on our social media accounts in order to fund it. Once the case is funded, the needed assistance is arranged, be it through buying essential home supplies, paying rent, etc.

Following the request of the local council, camp administration, or any third party, our field teams conduct needs assessments in camps and concentrations of internally displaced persons. Afterwards, a list of beneficiaries and their needs is submitted to the campaigns manager, who initiates the needed actions.
